Mental health is a major issue in the world that we live in. Not knowing also is an issue than many don't talk about. Today im going to be the one to shed a little light on the issue.
Today I watched a couple of interviews from "The Breakfast Club" radio show. One guess that stood out to me was, Jennifer Lewis. She spoke about mental health and Charlemagne the god usually speaks on it as well. (I wont go into the video, you just have to look her up get her book read it and stay hip to The breakfast club.
Alright! Therapy
Many people have their own opinion about therapy and its understandable. My opinion used to be negative in a way. As if i didnt see the positivity in it.
Think of an alcoholic. He thinks, its okay to drink 5 beers a day because he seen his father and grandfather doing it. Don't you think there should have been someone to say there is a problem or wait until someone let the alcohol get out of control to start to speak up. I look at therapy as that person that tells you warning signs of your life falling apart. To go to a place and talk to a professional about your daily life and shed light on your perspective of life and someone explaining feelings you never thought to ask a love one.
Warning signs are important. Therapy is important.
